The receipt of the registration will be confirmed by e-mail. The account details for the course fee payment will be sent with the registration confirmation.

Course fees and payment

The payment date stated on the confirmation is binding. Payment of the course fee is a prerequisite for participation in the course. In the event of non-payment by the payment deadline, the place may be reallocated.
Individual course fees are stated on the website and also in the confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due either in cash on the course day or as pre-payment via bank transfer or TWINT.

Course organisation

For organisational reasons, the course organiser reserves the right to combine classes, postpone them, change the venue or shorten courses for important unforeseen reasons. If a course instructor is unable to attend, the course organiser may cancel the course and add it at the end, or decide on a change of course instructor or a substitute.

Implementation

The course organiser sets a minimum and a maximum number of participants for each course. Places on the course are allocated in the order in which registrations are received, subject to timely payment. If the number of participants is insufficient, the course organiser is entitled not to hold the course. In this case, the course fee will be refunded or waived.
To ensure a successful and enjoyable course environment, participants are kindly asked to turn mobile phones to silent during class.

Assessments

Practical assessments may take place during courses and depending on the course attended, may have to be passed to be awarded a certificate.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for our courses but participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing as you will spend time sitting, kneeling or lying on the floor for practical exercises.

Catering

No catering is provided during courses and it is each participant’s responsibility to bring personal supplies of food, snacks, or drinks for the course day. For courses and services provided in the course room of HEALTHY AND SAFE AWAY FROM HOME – Luitgard Holzleg a selection of hot beverages are provided free of charge.

Non-admission, exclusion

In important, justified cases, the course organiser reserves the right not to admit persons to the course or to exclude them from a course. In the case of exclusion from a course, the course fee will not be refunded.

Non-participation in a course that has not yet been paid for does not release the participant from paying the course fee. A refund or waiver will only be made if there is evidence of important reasons, such as illness or accident (on presentation of a doctor’s certificate).
